I started to search for the meaning of life and pourpose of things from a very young age (12 years) when I had an accident in which I could had have lost my life.
Fast forward life guided me always to work with the body, starting from choosing to become a physical therapist, massage therapist, pilates instructor, well a body worker, even exploring for myself 12 years ago Reiki, pranic healing, mindfulness tehniques, meditation, astrology, numerology and the work of Eckhart Tolle thru his book "The power of Now" who got me in a state of presence that I never experience.
I always have been curious about everything and some people from my life told me that I might get into trouble being like that, but when I discovered TRE®️ I realised that my curiousity just got me back to my most authentic Self and I am still discovering myself day by day, tremouring by tremouring :).
When I got into Joe Dispensa work in 2019 it changed my life so deeply! Little I knew that that online course with him, was preparing me for what is about to come in my life in the pandemic, next year. When I discovered TRE®️ in 2021 i was in a deep burnout and I imediately felt the benefits of this somatic work in my body and I felt a deep call and curiosity to learn more about this work of art with our body.
TRE®️ helped me discover who I really am, get in contact with my wounded parts and start to be present with love for myself. It helped me discover my limits, my needs, and how to express them lovingly boundried(still learning that). Literally it got me step by step to my most authentic self.
I traveled to South America, Colombia in 2023 and had the most amazing and transformational experience with sacred plants, another piece of the puzzle of my journey inside out, that changed my view about life forever and deeply.
I knew since I was little that I am one with Mother Earth, but in this experience I lived it soo deeply in my body, that even my bones recognised the sacredness to be alive in a body. I knew in that moment that I am on my path and I finally arrived to my most desired way of offering my work to this world thru the medicine of becoming and being a TRE®️ provider.
This experience humbled me to the ground in deep reverence to nature, to Mother Earth, to our humaness, to what is like to be a human with flaws, vulnerable and still worthy of all love just because we are alive!
So much compassion and humility I felt in my heart in that experience that I still dont have the words to describe it, just to live it day by day with grace as much as possible.
Soo im here for you, just a human, keeping a safe container with presence for you to unfold into your most magical and authentic self! Follow your body's magic! Lets purrrrr💚
